Hilton Head, South Carolina

So I just got back from an amazing vacation weekend with a very good friend of mine.  We stayed in a vacation home on the tip-toe of an extremely exclusive island city called Hilton Head, South Carolina on the Atlantic.  I flew into Savannah, GA. What a sweet little airport. There were wooden rocking chairs for you to relax in at the terminals, I want one now so bad.
Savannah is a beautiful city, all of the parks and large trees everywhere, it was quite a site.  Walking along River Road, we stopped by this candy shop with the best handmade candy I have ever tasted in my life.

After dinner at the awesome restaurant called Alligator Soul, we drove across the bridge from Savannah into South Carolina.
The weekend in Hilton Head was perfect, a person could not have asked for more perfect weather...relaxing by the pool, a 14 mile bike ride around the Island,  historic tour of the Light House on the island. The beach cruiser bike ride on the sand, that was the best.  I had never ridden bike on sand before. It was so much fun.

THE MOST BEAUTIFUL, AND EXPENSIVE MARKET I HAVE EVER SEEN!

Oh yeah! My dad used to live down there on St. Simon's Is., Georgia and the beach looked just like that with the horse shoe crabs, gators, and wading birds. They had Spanish moss hanging down from ancient oaks and huge mansions of the very wealthy. Dad used to call me and tell me how it was 80 degrees in the middle of the winter. A slower pace down there. But eventually it gets boring. Great for a vacation though!

Great shots from Hilton Head, been there on a weekend vacation. My parents are from Cameron SC and just like Hilton after 5 days I am ready to leave. As Sue said it is a slow way of life. When people saw us walking they ask if we were from NY,because we walked too fast. Great place to visit but, wouldn't won't to live there until at least 70. BTW, you are one of my favorite adult actors from the first time I saw you. All the Best.
